There are multiple ways of fixing this error. But the fastest is to downgrade your install to a lower version. Simply because your server is in lack of certain dependencies for the latest version. If you own the server you would have to upgrade your server's OS and a host of other things. If you don't own the server, then just back track on the latest versions of the module(s) you were looking to install.
